we reboot and download again
23:30 Mark Jones called, said he noticed helicity mode is off. Talked to
MCC, they say nothing has changed from this morning and helicity mode
has been off for "weeks". However, our end of runs indicate it did
change when beam went off this morning, starting run 2340.

Mark reports that the helicity rate has not changed (still 11 Hz and
not 15 Hz as it would be in toggle mode), so he thinks it is the same mode,
so flag in end-of-run file seems to be incorrect.
