Jim Kelly and Charles P. noticed that the efficiency profile of the HRSE VDC's
(particularly "plane 2" in dhist) is deteriorating in a similar fashion to what was
seen a couple of weeks ago (see halog 42828). See plots from dhist below.
Bogdan-the-detector-meister is on his way to check it out (note that thresholds
are set normally at 3.4 Volts, gas pressures and flows look ok, hv looks ok...)
