Notes:
1. the quoted average current accounts for RF-trips, etc., within runs since the
current is calculated by total-charge divided by total-run-time.
2. we gained 38.4% in current (on average) by going to the 1500 MHz laser configuration at the source.
3. for the unintiated ... ABU means Acceptable Beam in Use, so "% ABU" provides a proper measure of "up-time efficiency" during the quoted time periods.
