Noticed sudden change in VDC efficiency. see figures below
Checked gas mixture in gas shed. Jack has setup a straw tube in the
gas shed so that one can look at the signal from a 55Fe source
and flush gas through quickly.
First he looked at the signal with present gas mixture.
Then he changed both gas bottles and again looked at the signal
There was a marked difference in the signal.
Then he connected a bottle of premix and looked at the signal.
This signal looked like the signal with the new gas bottles. Change at 12:30pm
So we decided to keep running with the new bottles
and see if the efficiency improves.
