12:00 no beam. Estimate beam at 1:00

12:30  Problem with TS0 during cosmic run. Had to reboot TS0.

           Problem with reboot see separate halog entry.

1:30    Arun is at MCC. Turn on HV channels 1.0 and 1.1 to 1200V on hac42

          Try to reboot arcioc but remote reboot by pushing green button doesn't

          seem to work.

1:50   Hadron dipole quenches helium level 2%. Level on Q1 56%

          ESR temperature is dropping 

1:55   Hadron Q1 quenches

           Electron Q1 and dipole quench  

2:50  All magnets have helium levels back to normal. All magnets

          reset ok. Trouble setting hadron dipole.   

3:00  Problem moving Compton electron detector out of beam.

         tell MCC that they must use Compton chicane until access

          to try and fix problem.
