    keyword=arcioc problem probably solved

    The accelerator software group probably has fixed the arcioc problem. After reboot of the arcioc computer the epics software was not running. This software should have been started during the startup process but most likely is disabled in the startup file. That is maintained by the Hall and the accelerator software group has no access to that. The epics software was started manually and the medm program started normally. But a harp scan is not yet done.
