16:00	Start swing shift.

	Continue taking data at thcm50.

	Aerogel Cerenkov is used in the trigger.

16:40	DAQ dead time became to 100%. End run failed. Kill coda. Restart runcontrol.  Also restart ET server. 

17:20	Reset the trigger. Took out the aerogel from T3.

17:50	Replayed the run 2869.    The H-Arm VDC's TDC s look normal now.
