08:20 Beam is back; but not centered.
    08:25 Start run 3263.
08:32 Beam off for a few hours to prepare for the official DOE visit.
09:10 While taking cosmic data we noticed the CODA deadtime was
about 18%. We notified Bob Michaels and he will be here in
    about 30 minutes to investigate.
11:00 DOE visit ended. Mark Jones and Bob Michaels are still in the detector
hut investigating the high deadtime problem.
11:40 Problem with high deadtime for cosmic run is caused by not enough
delay in H-arm pulser. Bob added 48 nsec to H-arm pulser. See
    HALOG entry 46685 for details.
Runs 3264 through 3296 are runs taken with cosmic (and pulser) while
    investigating the high deadtime problem.
11:55 MCC called infromed that they still have a few cavities in North Linac
that are still having problems. Will let us know the status in about
    30 minutes.
13:00 Beam is back. Started run with 5 uA to test deadtime problem.
14:32 MCC called to inform us that beam will be off till Hall C finishes
their harp scan. The reason beam needs to be off is because with
Hall A running high current and Hall C running low current, the
integrating BCM would assume there is loss in beam current and
trips. Beam will be off for about 15 minutes while Hall C is doing
    the harp scan.
    14:48 Full beam intensity restored.
15:50 At the end of run 3302, we had 9.5 C.
