    keyword=scalers ok again

    The scalers are ok again, except of course the two scalers
    on TS0 crate remain removed (halog 51494). Note, you
    reduced the current load from 78 to 60 Amps by removing
    those two scalers (old LeCroy 1151 power hogs). From
    home I did the following:
    1. Dropped the two pulled-out scalers from readout but
    put zero's in the place of data. This way, no client software
    needs change.
    2. Undid the changes to scripts which Mark did to work
    around the problem (halog 51495, 96). (his stuff saved as
    *dropright*). Everything running normally.
    3. Modified ``ts.crl'' so that it clears the scalers at start
    of run without choking on the non-existent scalers.
