keyword=beam spot, HARP not workingHARP scans work, but we cannot get analysis results.
We followed instructions in halog 52574, 75, but nothing
reasonable came out. MCC also did not know. So, we
tried with SPOT and observed that the vertical position is
very unstable. This is with carbon target, raster off, 5 uA.
In the run plotted below MCC said FFB was untable, but it
didn't get much better after they fixed this. MCC tries to tune...
