Hall C had us (Hall A) turn off out beam during one of their Moeller measurements.
They also measured polarization in their line with the Hall A laser on and the Hall C
laser off. The results of these tests indicated that about 2.5% of the Hall C beam
current is due to dark current from the Hall A laser. The effect on their polarization
is a reduction of 1-2%. They suggest that the effects on Hall A should be similar.
