    Just prior to run 1720 we turned on the right arm scintillator HV
    for the purpose of studying triggers 1,2, and 7 parasitically.
    The prescale factors were adjusted so that we keep a modest
    rate and don't affect the main experiment. At 56 microamps the
    rates are:
    T1: 360 kHz
    T2: 10 kHz
    T7: 345 kHz
    With the aim to keep 2 Hz of each, plus the constraint that
    T5-8 can be prescaled by only 16 bits (65K) while T1-4 can
    be prescaled by 24 bits, we choose ps1=180000, ps2=5000, ps7=65535.
    During run 1720 we also turn on the VDC HV. The temperature
    in that hut is 74.3F and it is not expected to raise the temperature
    (the discriminator cards would, but they are already on).
