    keyword=deadtime study

After run 2013 (dummy target), we go back to 15 cm LH2 target
and will do a scan of rate to study deadtime. We start with our
normal conditions, then will run the field lower to increase the rate,
trying to get a few hundred kHz. Just for fun, we'll download a new
MLU file for the Right Spectrometer (it does not matter for main purpose
of L-arm study. The L-arm trigger will not change.)

    Run......start/stop....L-momen....T3 rate (Hz).........events
    2014.....4:04/4:26.......3.3596........370......................353 K events.
    2015.....4:32/4:38........3.0.........1300...(strobe 75khz)....308 K
    2016.....4:44/4:54........2.0...........65khz (strobe 190kHz)...104K
Note, lots of beam trips. You'll need to throw them out in analysis.
Run 2016 stops, as MCC decides to try to fix the beam trips.
    2017.....5:05/5:12......same as 2016.....................300 K
    The beam is very unstable.
2018......5:20/5:23........1.0.......550 kHz (strobe 1.1 MHz)....stop to adjust PS fact.
2019......5:23/5:28.....same as 2018.......220 K events...DAQ DT still too big, stop to
adjust PS factor. Then run 2020 short, junk, because MCC is tuning.
No beam for the last 40 minutes.
Arun shows up, we will switch to his Harp studies.
    Empty target, raster off.
