    keyword=tests of trigger download - ignore

    There are several entries in halog about 'download' of trigger.
    Ignore them. They are software tests. The new trigger software
    when it 'download's the trigger will make an automatic halog entry
    similar to halog 53922, and it will update a database file which gets
    inserted into datastream as an 'event' at the start of each run.
