    keyword=target postion and lifter

    The shift people found that the target might be out of position:
    1) With EMPTY, there were large counts;
    2) When it moved to the optics target, only two foils were seen (angle was at 56.6
    degree).
    After I came, we moved the target to BeO, the spot was as before (as yesterday when
    they saw 9 foils). Then I checked the Vernier reading of the three lift positions. They
    were: 42. 21 (the one with limit switch, master), then clockwise 42.27 and 42.225.
    Since I do not have the offset, called Dave Meekins. He has the numbers in
    his logbook in office. His recollection is that two are close, one is slightly off.
    He will check his lokbook and do a more through check tomorrow when he comes
    in to work. At the mean time, though it looks might not be a lifter problem, the shift
    crew was advised to minimize the target movement.
