keyword=Missing folis of the optics targetIt seems that the missing foils in the optics target is due to a tilt of the target holder with respect to the beam line. As a result when beam is centered at 0,0 it misses half of the foils. To check this we moved the beam horizontally. At beam_x= +2 mm we can see all the foils. Optics data taken last night show the same behavior indicating that this situation is nor worsening. i.e. the target could have been installed this way.
Further, at this angle we see the end-caps of the dummy target well. So the target seem to be fine. But it is still nice to ask Dave Meekins to have a look during an access.
