This entry is a followup to: 54120

    keyword=trigger checks (after bug fix)

Again following the notation of halog 54120.
Delay positive sign means L-arm is slower particle.
I put in a 16 nsec cable on R-arm TC measurement (which ESPACE
uses. NOTE: this means timing will change !!) This will allow
us to go to a more negative delay than I had tested in halog 54120.
Here are the test data. Retiming signals were ok. TCR is what
    ESPACE calls 'TC'.

    Run.....Left Arm......Right Arm.....Delay
    .........PID/Mom.....PID/Mom....Calc....TCR/TCL
    1365...pi/953.........P/521........-89.........80/358
    1366...P/4000.......P/4000.......+2..........170/265
    1367....P/978........pi/1220.......+32........200/238
    1368....P/418.........pi/906.......+122.......295/142

NOTE: The real data should show up in these positions
and the randoms should be a 90 nsec window which surrounds
these positions. If not --> you should complain !!!!!

Remark: The usable dynamic range is about 50 to 350 nsec on these
kinds of TDCs. Therefore The L-arm TC for -89 nsec is a
    bit marginal at 358 nsec.
