    keyword=retiming defined by S2-R. And T0 change

    Per request of Roy Holt, I modified the retiming circuit so that
    it comes exclusively from the Right PMTs of S2 scintillator.
    This means we should see good self-timing peaks on S2.
    Below is the spectra for a cosmics run (1377). It looks pretty
    good except for paddles 5 and 6 on L-arm. This might have to
    do with paddle overlaps and the average angle of cosmics (???).
    We'll have to see what happens with beam.
    The (S1-R-OR).OR.(S2-R-OR) is still available and is
    used by MLU strobe as before.
    The timing offset (T0) did not change much. On a scope it changed
    by less than 2 nsec. One should recalibrate it anyway.
