    It seems that there is some problem with Loop 3(LD2) fan. When the fan frequency was set above20%, the fan suddenly generated a lot of heat. For example, a change of frequency from 20% to 25% would create more than 300 W heat load, while the
    calculated fan heat load is about 58 W for 20%, and 75 W for 25%.

    Right now, the LD2 target is run with 20% fan frequency, and it seems that this number should not be exceeded.
