    keyword=LH2/LD2 operation: guideline for target operators

    For target operators: LH2/LD2 operation:
    1) When run LD2 target,
    Set LH2 target in 'Park' mode: fan frequency=10%(24 Hz), HP heater about 40 w.
    Set LD2 target to 'Run' mode:
    fan frequency= running frequency, which is 15% (36 Hz);
    HP heater set to max beam current(uA)*5.6 + 40 w.
    e.g. For max current of 50 uA, Set HP power to 320 w.

    2) When run LH2 target,
    Set LD2 target to 'Park' mode:
    Fan frequency=10% (24 Hz) and HP power about 40 w;
    Set LH2 to 'Run' mode:
    fan frequency=25%(60Hz);
    HP heater to max beam current *5.3 +40 w.
    e.g, For 50 uA, set HP power to 305 w.

    To increase/decrease heat load, you need to adjust J-T valves (loop 2 for LH2,
    loop 3 for LD2). Always remember to adjust slowly: click once then wait for 1/2 minute.
    When switching target, you can lower the heater load in one loop by one step and increase
    heat load in the other loop (so that the total cooling power is not changing much,
    e.g. not affecting ESR much). When adjusting J-T valve always watch the charts: loop
    heat load and ESR temperature/flow. Keep ESR inlet temperature CTD6614 below 14K
    (flow A_15K+C_15K not exceed 25 g/s).
    If it exceeds 14K, usually it means the total load (Halls A+C) exceeds
    the ESR capacity. You will need to lower your heat load.
