to check the difference between using the two database files:
db_94104 (updated with geometry info for prsh, show, pion rejector)
and
db_94104old (the file before the above update)
No difference is noticed for pi-'s when looking at two closely relevant plots, see HALOG ENTRY 5738x(Actually, identical plots was obtained before and after
the database change by Wang). This is somewhat unexpected, we should trace
the clues further.
1). preshow adcsum(cluster) vs shower adc sum(cluster)
The plot is made after a cut on gas(right) adcsum:

to select pi-(from T1 events), and use prshow and show to
further clean up the pi- sample.
2). Final reconstructed E_gamma spectrum for pi- at this setting,
from which the pi- counts remain the same before and after
the database update.
