keyword=L-arm VDC effic. decreasing ?As in halog 58773, I compare today's efficiency on L-arm VDC from
run 2992 to a "reference" result of run 2883 from 10:00 AM, March 13.
Fig 1 shows efficiency, it looks a bit low. Fig 2 is the difference in the
efficiency compared to 2883. Some chanbers dropped 1%. There could be
a harmless explanation, like maybe the rates are a bit higher (I think T3
rate was 350 kHz for 2883 and is 410 kHz now), but one should at least
keep an eye on whether the chambers are deteriorating in this high rate.
