keyword=two obscure small problems resolved
During access, fixed two small things that bugged me: 1) The R-arm measure
of T5 rate was twice high as left. This is because there is a doubled circuitry of
T5 formation on R-arm and the widths are 185 nsec, about twice that on the used
circuitry (which is on L-arm). 2) The R-arm measure of electronics deadtime
showed zero rates. This is because, for "historical reasons", those signals were
put into a helicity gated scaler whose state was stuck on; well, it flipped off. The
solution was to remove the gate from that helicity gated scaler so it is always gated.
