keyword=left-arm VDC inefficiencyAt a rate of only 21 KHz, during run 3511, noticed that the left-arm VDC efficiency
through dhist plot have a strange shape. Although this has been the case for a while,
and the vdc-hit-pattern from espace analysis looks fine. Is this a software problem
for HANA or DHIST ? or, is this a real problem for VDC. Also noticed that the right arm VDC efficiency plots looks fine.
