The zero point is at about 540. We've entered the slope (113.8 ppm/step)
and will start the feedback. Instructions will be posted as soon as possible.
One problem is that the Parity DAQ analyzer is not working (it was recently,
but... something wrong..), so we have used the spectrometer DAQ scalers.
Also, EPICS feedback GUI timestamp is wrong, needs to be integer.
Will fix all problems ASAP.
