When I filled the reference cell with 3He the pressure immediately shot up to 83 psig. I tried to vent the cell a little and the gas pressure immediately dropped to below an atmosphere. Not knowing what else to do, I barely pushed the 3He button again and it immediately shot up to 68 psig. Not wanting to waste 3He I decided to go ahead and run at 68 psig. An expert needs to look at this.
