    1. Fixed charge asymmetry calculations - now the computed asymmetries
    in the runend.tcl agree (quite well) with the ones using Robert's qasy program

    NOTE: in halog the End_of_Run entries for runs 1387/20387 are still
    computed according to the "old algorithm", but from now on
    I expect them to be consistent with qasy
