    keyword=problem of R-arm scalers (fixed)

    In the course of analyzing R-arm scalers from the datastream,
    I found a problem with the DAQ that it did not clean up old processes
    from previous runs. I have fixed this now. The L-arm DAQ was
    ok (it is the more mature system).
