Beam is back, raster size and beam position look fine with BeO target.
-ask MCC to mask target motion and we will go to 3He
- also, ask MCC for lambda/2 plate to be taken out.
- also, ask for a Wein angle of 0 degrees (was nearer to 15 degrees),
based on Nilanga's advice.
