    Target position and motion FSD:
We got an FSD fault around 1:30 pm. After soem investigation,
it was found that when the target moves from one direction,
it clears the FSD, but from the opposite direction, it causes
FSD fault. The postion sensors do have a direction dependence,
but were adjusted to be able to have clearance for both directions.
Appearently due to the earlier motion friction problem, it got a little
shifted (or motor gear got loose).

Scot re-adjusted the position sensors' location and it should be fine now.

The top position (the bottom target reference cell in beam position)
exceeded the upper limit switch. So we adjusted the position to be
    just below the limit switch.
