keyword=Target - Commentary on NMR Gradient Fits

One difficulty when fitting the NMR signal with the gradient coils on is that the gradient has a similar effect to the RF field(H1). So I don't think its accurate to try and fit both parameters simultaneously. Since I don't have any data concerning the size of the gradient in this configuration, I use the average H1 calculated from previous fits of NMR measurements done without the gradient field on. I found the average to be 67 mG. With that parameter set, the gradient field is consistently fit to be 11.6 mG/cm in the z-direction at 6.85 Amps.
