    keyword=Charge Asymmetry feedback control

    It was found that the charge asymmetry for run 20605 was 340 and the charge feedback setting was around 100. Set the feedback to 340 and the charge asymmetry
    for run 20606 was -360. Seems the feedback control was not working well.
    Called Nilanga and he suggested we try to use half of the last run's charge asy
    in the feedback control. Set the feedback control to -170. Run 20607: Charge Asy 80.
    Keep watching for the charge asymmetry change and the feedback control setting.

    Run# Charge Asymmetry(ppm) FeedbackSetting
    20605 340 ~100
    20606 -360 340
    20607 81 -170
    20608 -220 40
    20609 100 -110
