    I thought if the target is masing with the pick-up coils (as in E154) an easy way to tell would be to take only EPR measurements and take these only in the reference cell position (i.e. as far as way from the pick-up coils as possible).

    If the polarization doesn't improve by owl shift, then we can go back to taking NMRs and EPRs together. If the polarization improves, then we have to think of a way of doing NMRs.
