    keyword=EPR polarization extraction

    target polarization can be extracted from the frequency shift in EPR measurement.
    When EPR is done
    1> log into "ifarml1" or "ifarml2", and create a directory for EPR fitting
    2> copy the fitting program to the directory: /w/work301/e94010/disk2/xfzhu/a1g2/espace/a1n/epr.tar.
    3> tar xvf epr.tar
    4> cd epr
    5> get.sh ?_??
    (copy the epr data file from the window PC , ?_?? is the date of the epr measurement. As an example," get.sh 6_20 " will copy all the epr files done on June 20. and show it on screen as:
    AFP6_20_2_02pm.dat
    AFP6_20_3_25am.dat
    AFP6_20_3_28am.dat
    AFP6_20_7_31pm.dat
    AFP6_20_7_33pm.dat
    AFP6_20_8_04pm.dat
    AFP6_20_8_29am.dat)

    6> mklist data_file_name
    (E.g." mklist AFP6_20_8_04pm.dat" will analyze the EPR data done at 8:04pm)

    7>start root and type ".x plotAFPmyfit2.C" inside root . After answering the questions and selecting the fitting regions , you will see the fitting results on screen.
    ( the fitting takes about 30-40 seconds)
