    keyword=Target - EPR, 39.6%

    2:10am, EPR, laser #6, beam on (during data taking),
    gradient coil transverse 6.0A, longitudinal -2.0A
    target position: polarized 3He cell.

    spectrum is not beautiful, so I think 0th order fit is more reliable.

    0th order fit:
    down: -47.70 +/- 1.93 KHz, Polarization -39.62% +/- 1.60%
    up: 47.84 +/- 1.88 KHz, Polarization 39.74% +/- 1.56%

    1st order fit:
    down: -47.52 +/- 1.89 KHz, Polarization 39.47% +/- 1.57%
    Up: 49.07 +/- 1.89 KHz, Polarization 40.75% +/- 1.58%

    D2 signal looks good, I don't understand why the sweeping doesn't work well.

    One explaination is that transverse gradient field broadened the Rb resonance
    lineshape which makes the lock-in more difficult.
