    keyword=large charge asymmetry

    At the beginning of day shift, we noticed the charge asymmetry feedback was disabled and all entries in the GUI were zero (including the slope. It was enabled and a timestamp was done in run 1890. For some reason, this caused the half-wave plate to go to a very different value than before (it went from about 580 to about 750). This is possibly due to the zero value for the slope. The charge asymmetry was discovered to be -4400 ppm during run 1891. During run 1892, we changed the half-wave plate back to a setting of roughly 580 and the charge asymmetry became close to normal again.

    Summary:

    Runs 1890-1892, 20890-20892 have large charge asymmetry due to incorrect setting on half-wave plate.
