    Duke was taken out this morning and Tilghman was installed with the new ladder
    which was the one being surveyed last week. (Note: At the time of survey, some of the pins fixing the top with the sides were and on the sides with the bottom were
    not in). Tilghman (25 cm, about 44% polarization) is the target to be used for
    beam for the next running period (July 13-July 31).
