    keyword=Target - NMR, EPR - 48.8 %

    12:00 pm Performed a sequence of NMR and EPR measurements:

    Conditions: beam off, trans. and long. grad. coils off, target in pick-up coil
    position, lasers #5,6,7 on, B field: 0 deg.

    First NMR:
    P ~< 50.66 % (fitted peak heights too large, so real polarisation lower!!!)

    EPR:

    P = 48.8 % (average of all four numbers (two from 0th order, two from 1st order))

    0th order fit:
    freq. shifts:
    down: -53.81 kHz +/- 2.2 kHz
    up: 52.65 kHz +/- 2.3 kHz

    1st order:
    freq. shifts:
    down: -54.22 kHz +/- 2.2 kHz
    up: 53.22 kHz +/- 2.2 kHz

    Since I did not have the correct calibration numbers for Tilghman, I extracted
    the factor 0.913 from Xiaochao's previous measurement.

    Comment: NMR value is clearly too high and EPR constant might be a little
    off, but the EPR value should be closer.
