ROC15 disconnected during run 2162, but we did not notice right away that the right arm had stalled; therefore, run 21162 has much less data than 2162. While trying to reboot ROC15, we accidentally rebooted adaqs2. Many attempts to restart the three DAQs encountered problems: for example halladaq6 could not be rebooted because it would not accept telnet. Bob Michaels worked on the problem with us from home and can provide a more accurate description of the problems. adaq6 required adaqs3 to boot, but adaqs3 is "sick". Bob changed some its procedures to boot from adaqs2 instead. After getting parity going, the right coda was stuck apparently because of processes running on adaql2 under the adaq account instead of a-onl. While working on the several daqs, the "3 daq synchronization" was disconnected. Operation was eventually restored, but the process is probably nonreproducible.

Runs 2163-2166 should be disregarded. Normal operation resumed with run 2167/21167/1315.
