    keyword=little modification in charge asym fast feedback software.

    Today I made a little change in the software for charge asymmmetry fast feedback.
    The reason is that for the end of run the test to allow a feedback that is less constraining. (you may see that in the history file the end run feedback never start..)
    The last version which is working fine has been saved as aparFFB_aug07. if something goes wrong I will switch back to this version.

    The first run with the new version seems ok (parity run 1793).
