All I could think of was taken into account but the cerenkov and VDC efficiencies (they should be close to 100%).
There is 10% discrepancy between the prediction (from Monte Carlo and using the Saclay 3He Form Factors) and the measurement. The best candidate explaining this discrepancy is a too loose phi cut and the simulation is not good enough.
