    keyword=right dipole problem, quad 3

    Apparently during all this the right dipole regulation went off, and it settled
    nicely and stably to ~560 A ~ 1.6 GeV/c. Since there is no regulation on/off
    readback, it took a call to Javier to remind me to turn regulation off and on
    to make it head back to where it should be. It looks like it will be 30 - 40 minutes
    to get it back.

    Turning Q3 left back on, it appears one has to wait 10+ seconds for it to
    respond and the current to go back up, much longer than one would expect
    usually. Maybe I did not have to reset it those several times.
