    Finished the white spectrum scans for HRS-R.
    Now will setup the white scan for L-arm.
    First cycle Q2 and Q3 on R-arm (only).
    R-arm dipole goes up to 1.066 GeV/c
    L-arm dipole goes up to to 4.300 GeV/c
    Moving thick carbon target in place.
