    keyword=OTR values in BPM/HARP/OTR scans

    During the BPM/HARP/OTR cross-calibration, values of the target OTR
    at only two settings were recorded. Here they are:
    Run #1413 (nominal position 0, 0): x = (1.8 +- 0.1) mm , y = (0.4 +- 0.1) mm
    Run #1426 (nominal position 0, 1): x = (1.58 +- ?) mm, y = (1.31 +- ?) mm
    If this lack of information (in particular, on the beam widths) turns out to be
    unacceptable, we should perhaps redo this short cross-calibration.
