    keyword=Counts with new Emiss cuts

    We have reanalysed run # 1461 with what we think were more correct cuts:
    10 < Emiss < 15 MeV for 1p1/2 and 15 < Emiss < 22 MeV for 1p3/2,
    whereas the old were 10 < Emiss < 17 MeV and 17 < Emiss < 24 MeV,
    respectively. The background-subtracted counts are:

    Old cuts: 1p1/2 = 2571, 1p3/2 = 9218
    New cuts: 1p1/2 = 1952, 1p3/2 = 8234

    Reduction factors are 0.76 (1p1/2) and 0.90 (1p3/2). We leave the display kumac
    and the gnumeric table with the OLD cuts, but we keep this scale in mind when
    extrapolating the beam time.
