Indication from Mark is that the lead flows on Q1 needed to be turned up a little, which he did.
In the process of re-energizing Q1 the left dipole was temporarily taken out of tune. It is now reset and running as before. That is with the regulator turned off (we are still seeing periodic noise on the NMR probe that produces bad readings and sends the regulation loop into unnecessary excursions see halog 75481)
