    keyword=scaler values for coda crashes

    I placed an executable file on adaqs2 in

    /net/adaqfs/halla/adaq/cola++aniol/scal_00102.out

    This code reads the scaler_history.dat file created by coda and gives the values for
    T1->T5, clock, BCMs.

    This is useful if coda crashes and there is no end of run generated in halog.
