    16.00 : Shift started while running 2649.
    17.05 : MCC called. Problems with OTR, perhaps a hole in the foil. Beam will be down for some time.
    17.20 : MCC told us that there is indeed a hole in the OTR foil and that a HARP scan should be done. However, they need to reboot an IOC to do that. Meanwhile, we will get the beam back.
    18.15 : MCC called to say that the double peak we see in the OTR comes from the beam being 1.5mm wide in the y-direction, and the hole in the OTR foil. They are rebooting an IOC and when that is done, they will do a HARP scan.
    18.34 : MCC ready for HARP scan. Stopping run 2654.
    18.55 : The HARP scan result was that the OTRs were a factor of five off and that the actual size of the beam was 60um x 360 um. This is not too bad and we'll just go on as is. Requested 55uA beam.
    19.10 : Beam is back.
    22.25 : MCC called, they have RF problems. Beam will be down for a while.
    22.40 : Beam is back.
