    keyword=end-run halog scalers fixed

    For awhile the end-of-run halog summary of scaler info was
    messed up because the TCL script choked on the input. The silly
    problem was that "prescale.dat" file ended at ps8=65535 (nothing after).
    Adding a carriage return or blank line fixes it. Also fixed the script.
