In order to understand if there is a shift in the energies (...beam or whatever) we
try to analyse the hydrogen elastics events. To select those events we select the narrow band on the q vs omega plot (1st picture, and see also entry #78778) OUTSIDE the true proton tccor peak. Then we made the hydrogen excitation energy plot which for elastics should peak at 0. In fact it seems the peak is rather well at zero, although the quasi-elastic contribution and the radiative tail smears it out making not possible to have a clear answer
